Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Automation-Direct D4-EX parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bauer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Danaher-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 West product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bauer such as the BG4047DW11LA12TFFB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P22NSXAL manufactured by Danaher-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Danaher-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P8101L02T1418H10 by Manufacturer West as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Daihen Brand CPV350 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Daily-Thermetrics such as 1080AE equipment made by Daily-Thermetrics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Daily-Thermetrics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Daily-Thermetrics" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 135N1786 made by Danfoss as well as the popular 178B0765 original spares produced by Danfoss

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AE260A158G5157 by Danfoss and 1080AE spares by Daily-Thermetrics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1941602A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Danaher-Controls.
